A deposit of 50% is taken for all package bookings. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment this will be non refundable.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations, anything within that time period will be charged the full treatment cost and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
‘No Shows’ will be on our booking system and full payment of that appointment will be required before any future bookings can be made. A non refundable deposit of 50% will be taken for any bookings thereafter.
Payment must be made either before or after your treatment, but before leaving the salon. Unfortunately due to issues in the past with non payment after having the treatment, we will no longer be able to accept payment over the phone after leaving the salon if you have forgot your purse etc. You will need to sort payment whilst in the salon via a different method such as somebody paying on your behalf over the phone whilst you are still in salon. We know accidents can happen so this will be at manager's discretion.
Patch Tests are required 48 hours before treatment for all Lash & Brow Treatments. This must be updated every 6 months so if your last visit to us was outside of that period a new patch test will be required.
If you are late to your appointment it is at the discretion of the therapist allocated to your treatment if there is sufficient time to still carry out to your treatment. If there isn’t time full payment will be required.
The majority of our treatments require a minimum age of 16. Please ask for more information.
Children under 10 are not permitted to be in the salon at any time. If you bring your child along we will be unable to perform your treatment, full payment will be required as we will be unable to fill your appointment time at short notice.
Children are only allowed in the salon for a Child's Mani treatment, accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
